"The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has announced that it has suspended the use of COX-2 inhibitor Celebrex... study was stopped because analysis showed a 2.5-fold increased risk of major fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events for participants taking the drug compared to those on a placebo."

This seems so ridiculous to me. Smokers have a 10-fold increased risk of heart and lung disease, but the FDA won't take cigs off the market.
