Howard Stern and SIRIUS Announce the Most Important Deal in Radio History

Stern has been talking about this for a while now, but this seems a knee jerk to Opie and Anthony coming to XM. Why on Earth Stern picked SIRIUS is beyond me though. SIRIUS is the underling with the fewest subsribers and higher cost. I just don't get it.
